Nancy Mulkey looks like Kareem Abdul-Jabar out there. Lean and way taller than the other players. She doesn't have a hook shot, but she can catch the ball, pivot into the lane and get off a soft shot totally unbothered by the defender.

I thought she got hurt early in the season. She hasn't played in conference.

Yep. She's been injured for a while now.
Mulkey....hmmm. 6'9" is an obvious perk. But her post movement/mobility and general lack of power are not overly impressive. Her blocking is pretty darned good, but a strong, agile posts like Megan or Teaira be eatin' HER lunch every time. Nonetheless, she definitely looks better than when she played at Oklahoma.
Congrats to Rice on attaining a significant program benchmark

I wonder if Olivia will apply and get an extra year, after missing so much time in two seasons. It would let her play with Erika another year.

Y'all probably remember that I never was all that impressed with N. Mulkey. She is, um, tall. And yeah, she can block. But her shooting still leaves a lot to be desired. She does move a little better than she did, but her agility, although better than it was, is still very much lacking. I think the mids is probably the highest level to which she could have aspired.
