NCAA.com is the best probably.
Sunday works, I'd prefer to do it slightly earlier knowing that invariably one person will show up late due to circumstances beyond their control if that's at all possible. I'd also recommend starting the draft once we have a draft order, so that we can get moving with the picks.

Agree with both of these. Do we have a volunteer to pick numbers/people? Queenie? Luuc? Anybody who is willing? We can make the mystery #8 person the last in the round and if they don't show up by the time it gets to them, we will become the superb seven instead of the elegant eight.
Let's say Sunday at 7pm eastern then! If you can't make it let us know soon! And we'll start as soon as we get the picks. Stay tuned!
And I agree that ncaa is about the best now. You can get indiv stats here: http://www.ncaa.com/stats/basketball-women/d1/current/individual/102

ok thanks to Artichoke we have a draft order. Lynx is on the clock and can start anytime. We will just do a rolling draft until 7 pm Eastern Sunday at which time we will try to get as much filled in as possible, then continue on with a rolling draft and hopefully get completed by 10 pm Wednesday.

The 2016/2017 Fantasy Draft has begun. We are starting with a rolling draft to get things moving--and we will meet at 7 PM Eastern Tomorrow to get as much done as possible! May the odds be ever in your favor!
On the Clock Lynx
On Deck: Myrtle
The #1 Pick in 2015-2016 was Jillian Alleyne! (not the mighty Breanna Stewart).

After much deliberating, we select Kelsey Mitchell from The Ohio State University with the overall #1 pick.

ha. ha. not sure I'm THAT good! I thought there were two other choices you might make and this year there was no obvious #1 pick. But she's definitely one of the best.
So SLAman posted last on Oct 23 which makes me nervous that he didn't understand the draft would happen in the week before the season started. I was thinking that maybe we take turns drafting for him until he appears? Like I would do round 1 since I'm behind him, Matt could do round 2, Lynx could do round 3, Cardinal round 4 and we could figure it out after that but probably back to me in round 5, pure round 6, lynx round 7, and Card or Matt round 8. Then we could let him fill out his roster from there when he shows up. (leaving out tbinta because she has said she's already over drawn)
To start that, I think we should have at least three of us agree (four is better) that is a good way to proceed? That way he should have a decent base team to play with.
And perhaps give him another couple hours to appear, so say 7 Eastern I would post a choice for him.

I think that as the first pick was made at 1:27, we can give him a little more time, and I also don't want Myrtle picking for him (I'm selfish). I'm hesitant to pick for someone who we're not positive is showing up for the season. SLAman deserves the benefit of a doubt to move forward here--especially as he is the newbie who has 2 lifetime posts on Rebkell.
It is possible that SLAman may have seen the draft time and won't log back in until that point, I'd say that tomorrow, if people don't show up, we are going to have to be forced to make a decision based on who shows up. If we have six, I'm comfortable with moving forward with six teams.
