So, what's the special Sweet 16 point of emphasis today?
Bench decorum? Mulkey needs to stay in the box finally and not show up the refs while making an ass of herself?????
Am I still pissed? Nah. The NCAA sucks and I have pretty much lost interest in the rest of the games. It's game time and I'm going to go for a walk. Then I'm going to go pick up my prescription and go to the store. Then I might take a nap. Oh, I have some laundry to do too. Suck it NCAA!!!!

Wtf happened to Van Lith?
She was a 20+ ppg scorer on a final four team; and now she’s invisible.

God awful shooting by UCLA. So many shots not even close, and they continue to just jack up 3s. Painful to watch. About on par with Oregon State's turnovers yesterday.
UCLA benefitted from three touch fouls early, and then the officiating favored LSU. Would be really great for the sport if we could get to a point where the officiating was less noticeable.

Jones, shooting 1-6 from 3 for the game and under 30% for the tournament, pulls up on a 3-on-2 break from the top of the key. Stupid. Dumb. Infuriating. Painful to watch.
UCLA 11-22 from 2, 3-20 from 3. Who tf knows why they're so happy to just chuck up 3s.

Then Osborne picks up her 3rd foul 93 ft from the basket. So. Stupid.
You'd think Jones was as good as Caitlin Clark based on her shot "selection."

UCLA dies by the 3 for a long time, then resurrects itself via the 3. How they shoot in the 4th feels like it will determine the outcome of the game.
For the second consecutive quarter, UCLA could have held for the last shot and went well too early. More bad decision making.

UCLA had their chances, but for some reason went all guard drives at the end and failed to score about four times in a row.

Great win for Kim Kleavage, Bayou Barbie and family. GET RID of those moribund P12 teams, EXCEPT for . . . go Oregon State! |
