Unless I'm missing something, we are guaranteed to have a first time NCAA invite shortly.

Texas A & M – CC is playing Abilene Christian, and I don't believe either have ever made it to the tournament before. I don't think anyone keeps records such as this but I suspect it's fairly rare to have two teams in the finals who have never been dancing before.
