Mary Murphy is an outright liar.
She just said that last year, "3, 4, 5 players played 40 mins" per game for Washington.
Ha.

You are a bald-face liar! You belong in the Chump administration.

C'mon. You know better than to believe anything MM says. She's just a blabbermouth and anything can come out of her mouth at any time. Might be relevant, but likely not.

Often times, depending on who's on the call for the Pac-12 Network, while watching away games I find it's best to put them on mute and listen to our radio coverage.
Nice to have Adia and Atchley back in the building. Arizona hung in there for a quarter, but they pretty much wore themselves out in that quarter. Things got a little ugly in garbage time, which was pretty much the entire fourth quarter. Melissa Barlow is just one of the worst. In a 40-point game, the refs started making all the smaller calls (against both sides) away from the basket that they hadn't been calling for three quarters. But they weren't calling the harder contact, especially on players going up to the hoop. Unsurprisingly, the result was a player getting injured on a flagrant foul.
Arizona had nothing to lose. They wanted to play hard, and it's also not surprising that they tried to muck up the game. A physical game from the tip...inconsistent officiating...and oh look--now there's a player who needs help off the court after taking a flagrant foul. I honestly don't think the defender was trying to hurt her, but she just came in out of control.
On a happier note...Osahor is 33 rebounds away from breaking the school record for career boards set by Aminah Williams, who was in attendance. Osahor is currently 15th in the conference.

Are the Storm scouting the games despite giving up the #6 pick?
I wonder if another trade is in the works, but not sure what they'd have to offer that they'd be willing to give up.

Good question. I don't know if Boucek was there scouting or if she was there mostly to see Adia. I also don't know why the Storm would deal the #6 for so little so early unless they have other things in the works.
