I don't know how Courtney Vandersloot got overlooked considering what she accomplished in college, but all in good fun.

Reallly? I learned back in kindergarten that U V W came right after R S T. I also learned along the way that "best" doesn't remotely include Osahor or Viviens.

Captain of the 1952-53 NYU team. Now that's a deep dive!
Good job to all, although not the model of 26 post efficiency. If there's a next time, I think it would be better if each poster got only one letter to post on, no multiple letters, and no jumping ahead until each letter is solved. I should have been clearer on the last name rule. |

You pretty much can't argue with Stiles or Stewart but,
one of the best college games I ever watched (it was one of those games that turns you into a life long fan of the sport) contained two of the best individual performance I had ever seen, one on each team. One was a phenom freshman, the other was an unstoppable senior, both are hall of famers (or will be but I think are) and are two of the greatest players ever with a last name that starts with an S.

Swoopes just selected for Women's basketball HOF. I don't believe Katie is there yet - but will be. That was a great game - had the pleasure of watching it live in Atlanta.

It's a good idea. Perhaps you should start it as a new topic so it would get more visibility. |

Denise Curry doesn't get nearly her requisite props, imo. Obviously I'm biased, though.
