Tonight she passed Kristi Toliver for 2nd place in the ACC career assists rankings (she passed Dawn Staley last week), and passed Skylar Diggins for 2nd place in Notre Dame's career assist rankings (she passed Niele Ivey last week).
She now has 752. Sharnee Zoll leads the ACC all time with 785. Mary Gavin is the current ND record holder with 778.
She has a minimum of 7 games left, and could have as many as 14. She is averaging 7.7 APG for the season, but that has been going up and she had fifty assists over the last five games.
34 more will make her the career assist leader for both the ACC and for Notre Dame. Barring injury, good chance she'll do that before the end of the regular season.
BTW, Suzie McConnell-Serio holds the NCAA Division I career assist record with an astounding 1,307. In 1987 she totalled 355, averaging 11.8 assists per game.
