just noticed this. Not that it makes a heap of difference, but Oregon DID in fact win this game.

You mean, Ole Miss and Clemson aren't the same team? Wink

Please check the first two posts for the current overall standings and week 7 matches and then a composite week-by-week results in the second post.

While Linkster remains in the lead, the only individual to be the weekly winner twice is MikeyC! Congratulations!

If the season were to end today, and this is what a mock bracket might look like with the Top 16. I tabulated the results using this past weeks matches. The only upset was the 2 Seed, Myrtle, falling in the Stockton regional. I tried to put people into regions based on what teams I think they like, and then went for juicy matchups. Linkster as the top overall seed, of course got sent to Bridgeport

Now, REALLY, CompSci?? I can understand your sentiments about the likes of Cardi-Mon and Myrtle, but they're just stat-heads, not 'deviants'...?? Shocked
(Oh, wait....that was DEVIATES. Never mind.Razz)

wha, wha, wait a minute here! Something must be statistically incorrect with this methodology.

Oh wait, I see it's just Cardinal trying to mess with me. But I have to say Howee's ouija board just hasn't been working too well for me lately. Jinxed? Hexed? [I smell evil in the air...or maybe just a dead rat] Maybe I'll have to break down and buy my own ouija instead of relying on friends'.

The Oracle at Delphi let me down. I guess basketball was too far in the future for ancient Greece.

Please! You must re-up your Rx for anti-delusion meds, Cardy: the Oklahoma Regional would, as you've placed them, will see yet another crushing of a 2-seed by the most UNDER-rated 3 seed in the tourney. That particular 3-seed is destined for the FF. Cool
