This article from 2010 sounds like it could be from today. At the time, some of the journalists covering womens basketball called it a "smear campaign." Fans can take heart knowing that the right coach, in this case Scott Rueck, can bring a program back from literally ground zero and shape them into a Final Four Team.

An ironic note: Wagner was one of Gail Goestenkors' disciples. A lot of finger pointing recently about McCallie's former assistant Candice Jackson.

Nice try bucko. Candice Jackson has a lawsuit on her hands for causing permanent medical harm. That's a whole different level of hurt.

Did you read the article? Wagner forced players to practice with injuries and attempted to force another player to practice after a concussion. The parents of the player with the injured shoulder was told by the OSU trainer to get her out of the program because she was on the verge of serious injury. If you have to lawyer up to be taken seriously, that's quite sad.
