Jordyn Oliver, already a standout guard at Prosper, has committed to Baylor as a Class of 2019 prospect, giving the Lady Bears their first commitment beyond 2017.

Raoul reporting Chatrice White to Florida State via Twitter. Excellent pick up for Sue.

Now THAT will be amazing, and give Chatrice a chance to really shine. She was SO wasted at Illinois! That place is a sink, and likely to remain so.

Whoa! That's interesting.

I saw on my Twitter feed a couple of days ago, but neglected to note here, that one of Tsipis' rcommits to GW (don't know whether it was for 2016 or a verbal for 2017) had changed that to Wisconsin. I forget who it was, too. Embarassed

And former Wisconsin 2016 signee Alona Johnson got her release and has now committed to play at Bradley next season.

Tsipis isn't wasting any time in trying to reshape and upgrade the roster.

Candice Leatherwood, 5'7 PG from Detroit, is transferring from Liberty. She will have 2 years of eligibility left.

Jazmine Spears, who transferred into Mississippi State last year from JUCO land is transferring to Arkansas Fort-Smith with Elena Lovato, who left the bulldawgs coaching staff for the Head Coaching spot. I believe has one year left.

Danielle Minott is transferring from Syracuse, and this weekend Syracuse also added the NCAA's leading scorer from this past year in Wagner's Jasmine Nwajei. Syracuse has five 2016 signees and had ten scholarship returners (Sykes, Chandler, Phillips, Dale, Grant, Minott, Peterson, Slim, Day, and Day) so they technically had no room for Nwajei until someone like Minott transferred. Now whether there is a connection between those two moves, i do not know. The timing of the announcements was very close for whatever that's worth.

Wagner College restocking the ACC with their best scorer going to Syracuse and best rebounder going to Duke.

The Kelly Sopak (Cal Stars) move to Washington is still being negotiated. We probably won't know for sure for two weeks.

This Seattle Times article doesn't mention directly that Sopak and UW are negotiating, but does quote Sopak about Romeo's transfer and that Ionesco "will likely wait until June" to decide between UW and Oregon.

Raoul tweeted this, which is interesting considering it would be transfer within same conference.

WBB: Hearing South Carolina mentioned in connection with Kentucky transfer Alexis Jennings, who averaged 10 PPG and 7.1 RPG last season.

Dayton's loss is Indiana's gain.

Amber Deane, who played only 9 games for Dayton last season before sustaining injury but averaged 15 points over that time, is transferring to Indiana. May have her degree and can contribute immediately. Flyer's struggled after losing her for the season.

Unfortunately here, Dayton had to choose between their 2 senior Medical Redshirts ... Austria and Deane, Deane got hurt just after Austria and they already had full roster with new class, so they were at 15 w/ Austria
