I was under the impression that you (and many others) had her pegged for the PAC and likely the Pacific NW. But she announced her final list as Southern Cal, S Car, Tenn, Maryland, Notre Dame and Oregon St.

Do you think Ore St is the huge favorite, or might she head East?

She'd be a huge, and unusual, get for Southern Cal. Is it a surprise there's no UCLA, Wash or Ore on the list?

We're getting into recruiting prime time for the elite players. Is going to get interesting for the next couple of months.

The only surprise to me is Tennessee ... that shows the brand still has a little shine to it.

Oregon State is in Corvallis, and Evina is, obviously, from Oregon. The location may or may not be a positive, depending on her feelings about the city. I am surprised that Oregon isn't there, but we're dealing with a teenage girl here, and anyone with much experience with that age group knows that there's a lot of behavior that just can't be easily explained.

Tennessee is actually on quite a few "final lists" of some elite 2017 players. That alone is a huge improvement over 2016.

Now we'll see how many they actually sign.

Tennessee also has a fairly strong Oregon connection. Jaime Nared and Mercedes Russell are from Oregon and it goes back as far as Laurie Milligan.
