Cardinal - Looking at the stats, I was struck by how few minutes your players had played. It seems there is a high correlation between minutes and overall rating. If your low minutes reflects games played you are probably not in bad shape.

Cardinal - Looking at the stats, I was struck by how few minutes your players had played. It seems there is a high correlation between minutes and overall rating. If your low minutes reflects games played you are probably not in bad shape. |
True. For whatever reason your players just haven't played as many games. Part of it is having two UConn players who've only played ONE game so far while most teams have played three or even four. Once they get going, your numbers will come up.

Cardinal - You are doing a great job on the stats, but I have 2 suggestions:
1) On the individual team data pages freeze the top line (as you've done on the front page) so as you scroll down you can still see the headings
2) Multiply the Miracles totals by .95 so the rest of us have a chance. (She would actually increase her lead for now so I'm sure she won't mind)

Great pick up. She is from my area (30 miles up the road) and I was looking at picking her up at the end of the week.
Undaunted, I will make a move as well. Until tonight I was all Love, Sydney (30+ year old TV reference), but due to a 5 point, 1 rebound performance against Southwest(NM), I will drop Sydney Shelstead one game earlier than I had planned (Abilene Christian plays Missouri Valley College on Friday). In her place I pick up my first Big 10 player, Ashley Deary, G Northwestern. I know she can't keep up her torrid pace, but she looks like the real deal.
Edit: She is my second Big 10 player - I forgot Nebraska had changed conferences,

Yes, Deary has been on my radar too. But I wanted to wait to see if she could perform on the road as well. She does look like a big step up from last year. It's always interesting to see who has improved and who has gone downhill from the previous year.
