I heard of her at the time and followed her career.

Seems like there was a run of success for overseas point guards at NCAA schools in that general era. Milica Vukadinovic at Cal was an all-time great as well a few years later.

She's currently associate head coach at Louisiana-Monroe, her alma mater.

Was fortunate enough to have seen Lee (along with Lisa Ingram and Chana Perry) play at Williams Arena in December of 1984, the season Northeast Louisiana reached the Final Four. Then the NCAA brought the hammer down for Perry's recruitment and they were barred from the tournament in Lee and Ingram's senior year...
