Ok, this game is ridiculous. FGCU can't defend anything and consequently has no chance whatsoever. They can't possibly make enough threes to make up for all the easy baskets they are allowing. When does the next game start.

Idk, we've seen FSU have great starts before and let teams creep back in the game. I hope that's not the case tonight but it wouldn't suprise me.

best thing is that we get Birdy. Very Happy

And I'm quite interested in Knight. I think she has another year of eligibility but I think she may have a shot at the next level.

Shakayla Thomas is just too strong and athletic for FGCU but I really like this FGCU team. Down 10 but given the huge FSU frontline they are still fighting hard.

8 point lead for the Noles at the half. The number of threes they hit slowed down after a fast start. Maybe the FGCU strategy to challenge them to score from deep will work out.

You'd think if you got payed to do PBP, you'd at least know the name of each team's star player. Still not sure if FGCU's is Whitney White or Whitney Wright. And I've only had the sound on for a few minutes, who knows how many other incarnations there have been... Poor Bird. Mark Jones is just Rolling Eyes

It's Whitney Knight, and I don't think I've heard Jones mispronounce it at all. He does a good job of setting up Bird with questions that are right down her alley. I think it's a good pairing.

FSU wins 65-47. Noles had 11 players score as Shakayla and Leticia led the way with 12 & 11 points. Brittany Brown has been my MVP in both tourney games so far with her defensive pressure, & she is starting to find that 3pt shooting touch that I saw her play with in HS.

We will still need more from Bulgak if we want to play any further, her play has really been lackluster since the ACCT.

FSU heads to their 3rd Sweet 16.
