As good a job as Semrau did, I probably would have voted for McConnell-Serio

The most difficult might have been 6th Player. Thomas played well off the bench, but so did Diamond Henderson, Jessica Washington, and Madison Cable.

Semaru was a great choice, but let's be honest, the NCAA's decision about Romero had nothing to do with her coaching ability.

Semrau lost her star from last year, and put together a jigsaw puzzle of JC players, transfers, freshmen, and a few returnees, and made it work to produce one of the very best teams in the country.

I think she did a heck of a job.

I just think McConnell-Serio may have done an even better job.
