Ohio has this great girls basketball tournament called the Classic in the Country which is known for great basketball, great crowds, and even great food. Pretty unique event that draws a lot of college coaches and the top teams in Ohio.

Swish Appeal had a nice recap of the event, with recruits going to Dayton, Stanford, Michigan, Toledo, Indiana, West Virginia, and more being evaluated. http://www.swishappeal.com/2015/1/22/7870475/classic-in-the-country-xii-lives-up-to-billing

Thanks for the link. Although KBA has not signed or received a verbal from anyone in-state, she's done well in Ohio. Starting with big gal work-in-progress, Tera Stapleton, this year, she's got Hallie Thome (Chagrin Falls) along with Naomi Davenport (noted in article) for next year. Then there are three verbals out of Toledo Rodgers for 2016 and 2017.

Then there's that fantastic post, Kaayla McIntyre, also from Toledo, specifically Notre Dame Academy-they only won the Country Classic.

You must have missed my post about this 4 star-per Prospect Nation, with film and write-up. It's ok cause ESPN missed any mention of her as a player.

What are you talking about? No one wins the Classic in the Country, its not a tournament with a bracket or something. The link I posted mentions that girl, so what are you referring to? The post below mine by mzone is talking about the University of Michigan recruits from Toledo Rogers. McIntyre doesn't play for Toledo Rogers or is going to Michigan so what do you expect?

My post said there is information about a player going to Toledo, which is McIntyre. Jeez
