Good crowd so far at Walsh. Val Ackerman's in the house.
Andy Landers's hair is really one of the underappreciated natural resources of this country. It's like a traveling oil reserve.

To clarify slightly, that's Ka-Deidre Simmons. Daisha Simmons has yet been unable to throw it in the ocean.
If you want to shorten Seton Hall, you either call 'em the Hall or SHU.
Loud crowd. Physical game. Intense.

Huge win for Seton Hall beating a highly ranked team by that margin. How many NCAA bids will the Big East get?

Good question. I'd have guessed 2, tops, but maybe if the Pirates are the real thing it could be 3.
That said, it's worth noting that this really is the only good win the Pirates have so far this year. (Creighton has an RPI of 44 right now, but I don't think anyone sees the Bluejays as world beaters.) Penn State looked kind of impressive when it happened, but it's now looking like that's not going to be worth very much in the scheme of things.

WHAT A GAME OMG.
Georgia came on strong to start the second half, but then Tabatha Richardson-Smith happened, and a can of whoop-ass was duly deployed.

My mother used to say it hadn't moved in at least 10 years. We used to speculate on whether it was just painted on. My dad called him Mr. Sta-Comb.
