Oregon up 25-14 with 9min left in the first half. Ducks really taking to UNC, shooting 3's well and getting in the paint pretty easy.

UNC look bad.

Nice gesture by Gonzaga to let Bando out of her NLI to go to Oregon after Graves switched as it was her home town.

Either team could be leading by a dozen if they could make even half their layups

Not a surprise...76-59 UNC final.

Bando has a lot of fight in her....it'll be fun to watch her grow over the next 4 years.

It will be fun to see this team grow over the next 4 years. I really think Graves will do something here.

Big stats from Mavunga and Alleyne. Cool

Mavunga was really impressive. Very dominant big and has a lot of skill. I liked her last year but think she looks even better this year. McDaniel looks like she's put on weight, and not in the right places.

Looks like Mavunga and Alleyne are growing into 2 of the more elite posts. At least, I'd *like* to believe that. I'd have loved to see the 2 playing each other.

Odd to see UNC frosh, Cherry, get so few minutes. She's been a dynamo when she has played.

Re: the upcoming Stanford game, I'm most curious to see how Stanford plays a team with tough bigs

Mavunga is bigger and more powerful but still nicely mobile. Alleyne is more finesse and made some very nice moves. Both have great hands and a soft touch. Of course the girls (commentators who got muted a bunch) had to brag about how Alleyne had improved from the FT line and she proceeded to shoot like shit. Mavunga and Alleyne acted like they were friends after the game so they must have played together sometime previously. FTs were an issue for Mavunga last year too but she seems to have worked on that a bit as well.

Alleyne is great at rebounding the ball but she needs to work on her footwork on defense and she needs to learn how to finish at the basket against tall post players.

Mavunga looks like she has slimmed down a little and she is more agile around the rim. I agree on McDaniel.
