Damn.

Colorado was making some noise in the PAC 12, too. They only got 2 new frosh, right?

Ouch. Hope she heals up fully and quickly. Colorado will miss her, hopefully Reese and the others can step up and fill her shoes.

The Buffs finished 6-12 in-league last season, partially due to injury but IMO more-so to do with a lack of athletic guards and scoring talent. They're even less athletic now without the Wilson twins, and now lose their most versatile scorer. It could be rough season for the Buffs, considering that overall the rest of the league should be better this year. [/code]

It saddens me to hear of any player on any team to go down. I hate that this happened and pray it will be the last. In my own heart I know there are more to come. Crying or Very sad

So sad, these young ladies work so hard to play at the top of their game.

Actually four. Three true and one redshirt.

• Zoe Correal 6-4 C CA
• Alina Hartmann 6-1 W Germany
• Brecca Thomas 5-5 G TX
• Bri Watts 6-2 C CA (R)

Certainly losing the sisters Wilson to graduation will hurt CU, but they were without Jasmine Sborov for much of conference play and Lexy Kresl was out at times as well. Both were starters and both are seniors this season.

As for losing Roberson's scoring and rebounding there is one player on the roster who has the ability to score, rebound, etc., at a consistently high rate and that is junior Jamee Swan. In past seasons she's been inconsistent, but she has a ton of skill on both ends of the court. If she's got it together mentally she will be a difference maker.

Having stated the above, I think it will be extremely challenging for them to make it to the NCAA tourney this season. Not impossible, but unlikely.

Totally agree about Swan. She is very very talented. She has a great frame as well. She has all the tools to be a double double machine. Just has to get it together mentally.
