No, I think they burned out on them last season, as they played (and beat) them twice.

Not your normal cupcake fest...but wouldn't call it strong either. At Oregon Is tougher than when they booked it thanks to Graves (although they'll still be below 500 I think this year.) Oregon State is tougher than Hatchell imagined it what a great job, Albany is an easy win but that's at least a team that's made the tourney the last few years. UCLA and Ok St are solid and a trip to the RAC...that's brave.
So can't rip her too much...good job

I think it's pretty strong. You left off Stanford during your ruminations on schedule strength. Have the you seen the typical crap teams schedule OOC? (Note that the first two games are exhibitions -- they don't count.) While I don't consider it the equal to UConn's or UCLA's schedule, it will be one of the tougher OOC schedules among the big schools.
By the way, Sylvia did not display any guts in scheduling an away game at Rutgers, as it was part of the B1G/ACC challenge and thus she had no say in the matter.

I consider it a loss for WCBB that UNC-S.CAR didn't become an annual event. It was a natural because of both geography and conferences, and a great matchup now considering the quality of both teams.
It has to be considered a disappointment if UNC doesn't come through that schedule undefeated. They'll certainly be favored in every game.

Conflict in the schedule regarding the tournament in Hawaii over Thanksgiving. The conflict involves Gonzaga.
The North Carolina Schedule has the Zags playing in Hawaii.
Rainbow Wahine Showdown
Fri, Nov 28 - Sun, Nov 30 Gonzaga/Hawaii/Stanford
The Iowa Hawkeyes has The Zags in Vegas at the same time.
South Point Thanksgiving Shootout
11/28/14 Iowa vs. Arkansas Las Vegas, Nev. TBA
11/29/14 Iowa vs. Gonzaga Las Vegas, Nev. TBA
The Zags schedule is not out yet.

They're going to play split-squad games.

Well, I'd say that schedule is a LOT weaker than Tennessee's.

Tougher than usual, but it's worth noting:
7 home games
4 or 5 (not sure how the Rainbow Wahine works) neutral site games
2 road games
And, of course, if they don't go into ACC play on at least a 6-game winning streak, it will be a huge surprise, as there are no challenges at all after the RU game.
