Thanks for the information. This guy Slive sounds a lot like our guy Delaney or however you spell his name..........there seems to be a movement beginning.

Just new gloss to mask the real goal of the big-money conferences, which is to make more money. Sounds better when they co-opt phrases like "NCAA reform" and "best interest of student-athletes" in their continuing effort to gain a monopoly position in the collegiate athletic industry. If they had any real interest in ensuring increased benefits to student-athletes, they'd be proposing revenue sharing across all NCAA schools so that all players could benefit, not just those in the favored five conferences.

You nailed it, Joe. They are just greasing the wheels as the PR machine gears up.
