Most likely. I think they have a chance to not get embarrassed like everyone else has.

They have a 0% chance of winning on Tuesday night, and the game will be over by halftime.

They have no chance of winning. They have some chance of not losing by a ridiculous margin.

Only if Geno takes his foot off the gas pedal.

Still, congrats to F$U for making it further than their seed would dictate. Sure didn't happen last year.

Throughout all of UConn's unbelievable run this season, it's been clear that Stanford is the only team that can beat the Huskies when the Huskies have a good game. But...what happens if UConn has a bad game? It's certainly possible. Who knows what's possible?

With that being said, I think that in addition to Stanford, Baylor could possibly give the Huskies a good game, if Griner goes off for 30 points and 10 blocks, and if the Bears can hit perimeter shots.

Baylor can compete--for a half. Different story next season.

Versus Stanford--Connecticut by 15.
Versus Baylor--Connecticut by 25.
Versus Florida State if Monroe, Clayton and Bravard don't foul out--Connecticut by 20.

What a bullshit call by such a gutless referee!

Having said that, I really didn't think that Florida State was going to pull this out. I'm sure bballfan2005 felt the same way...

Was this the most entertaining game of the tournament so far?

Um. Seriously? A bullshit call? Last time I checked, it was basketball, not rugby. Plz to not be pulling players down.

I would offer congrats to Florida State, but I'm still bitter from the second round. Stupid fucking host-rights depriving us of a neutral site.

If UConn has a bad game... or is hassled into having a bad game (Very Happy)... a good team that never gives up and genuinely believes they can win can come close (Very Happy), and a great team that never gives up and genuinely believes they can win could edge them. But it would have to be the greatest game of Baylor or Stanford's season coupled with a bad game by UConn.
