I think the Longhorns just lack a killer instinct sometimes... it must drive coach G nuts.

The same could often be said of her Duke teams, especially when Duke was the favorite.

Kristen Nash doesn't shoot threes, though.

ETA: And that's probably why.

Aztecs' lead back to 14 at halftime. They survived that run.

Let's see what kind of adjustments Gail makes at halftime.

Simple suggestion for the horns: more cokie reed.

Seriously though, horns need to pass more. Yet again they look like 5 players and not 1 team.

i've seen sd on tv a few times, that's why i picked them to upset texas. those girls love to shoot the 3's. of course, i also factored in that imo texas is over-rated. Smile but lets see what the score is at the final buzzer. keep going, aztecs!!!

That foul by Fontenette when it was 68-62 with two minutes to go was beyond stupid.

Congratulations to San Diego State.

i think fran has given up bb; she's got a bravo reality show where she dispenses life coach wisdom. Smile

Actually it's an HGTV show called Home Rules Wink
I met Fran years ago through Jenn Gillom and I've been a big fan ever since. Fran never turns down the chance to make a buck, she is quite the go getter. I thought maybe if ESPN called she'd say sure, she did used to work for them back in the day.

SDSU's strength is guard play and their weakness is rebounding. They crashed the boards better than usual today, but I don't see them beating WV if WV can take care of that.

I was impressed by the intensity they played with though. A certain senior really wants to go out on top.
