What kind of list is that? Has this writer got a short history span?

Why aren't the New York Yankees not on that list? They pretty much dominated Major League Baseball in almost every decade from the 1920's to today, with the exception of the late-1960's/early-1970's, and the 1980's.

^Agreed. The Yankees dynasties are VERY boring (more so than the Spurs in the NBA, IMO).
