Congratulations Mercury!
After the first quarter, it seems that the Fever forgot what cost them game 4. And who the hell left Tangela open?
Oh well - there's always next season...
Shout out to Catch (of course) and Tammy - she stepped up tonight and Jessica Davenport!
How is Cappie not Finals MVP?
That just blows [my mind]
I was disappointed with how my team played, but right now I'm just happy for my friends back in Phoenix.

| My bad they asked him the question and he was just answering. Okay, Corey is saying in the presser that they did a bigger banger in the post. He said Tan, Bonner, and Coe did their jobs but they need someone that can bang and go get those rebounds. Somebody is going to be gone. Okay, Merc fans I wasn't expecting that during the post game but whose out. Oh!! He didn't mention Ohlde at all. I know this isn't the time but the coach was the one speaking on it.

| Great series by the Fever and Mercury. Everyone came to play. Big ups to the Mercury. That's a rivalry now that I wasn't expecting. I hope to see them on opening day.

They kept claiming she was the big body they wanted and needed all season long though. If Taylor comes back next year Ohlde's contract is going to cost them Willingham now though, unless they can move Ohlde or make other moves.

What a great end to a series, and can't believe the season is all over already  ! Congrats to the Merc for a great series, and the fever for a great season and battling it out! Ever since watching the Merc - Conn game on 8/29 in person, I told one of the Phoenix staff and Nike personnel that the Merc were my pick for the championship and Dee was my MVP (of course LJ has to go down the same down to solidify that comment). I don't know if I would've picked Dee for the Finals MVP, but I'm happy for her. I think Penny Taylor really deserves some kind of award - she i really what makes this team great.
The Fever definitely surprised me - Catch always surprises me with her competitiveness, and how hard she plays the game. Can't say I'm too surprised with KD's performance, but I hope she redemes herself someday - was that her 3rd finals appearence already? January is already something special, and after a great four games, sucks for Hoffman to be stuck on the bench. And, I still don't know where Davenport came from.
Congrats Merc, and great way to end the season!

I just meant he did mention her when he mention the other players as doing their job. I know she is not a banger but they said that's why they bought her ein. I would like to see them go after someone like Ford if she is not returning to Detroit and is healthy.
Rick is funny. He is trying to remind everyone that the road to championship might go through Detroit. He did it after Catchings and TSB talked and after DT finished.
