Hmmm...let's see...eh no. Just kidding!
Seriously, my "hatred" (that's what people like to call it, but I don't really hate anyone) rarely extends beyond the confines of the court. Bottom line, these are just young kids giving their all to a game they love. I couldn't help but to feel Candace and Nicky as they got all choked up when they were speaking. They are putting a major part of their lives behind them and going off into the unknown. Such exciting times for them, can't help but to share in their joy.
Thanks for the link, hoops! |

GA always says it perfectly:)
The last time I was a UT fan was back in the days of the 3 Meeks (cause a lil someone known as DT came to the state of Connecticut and ever since then I've been loyal to UConn:) ), but I've never hated them (definitely disliked them at times, but never hate haha) and always appreciated their talent. Now that the season's over and the championship decided, they're really just another team to me, a team with seniors who have put their heart and soul into their team for 4 years, so I'll admit that watching them speak made me choke up a bit. It's a big change, suddenly having your college career end and moving on to the W, and being only a year or two younger than the seniors I can completely understand. Thanks for the link hoops _________________ "Taurasi has boundless energy and is still -- even during the national anthem, she is bouncing side-to-side.
