The upsets in this round were #2 seeds over #1 seeds. How many total upset on the womens' side have been by one or two seeds? The overwhelming majority.

5 of the 9 were by one or two seeds. That's a majority, but I wouldn't call it overwhelming.

4 of the 13 men's upsets were by one or two seeds.
