1st team: Parker, Moore, Wiggins, Fowles, Paris
One of these things is not like the others...
2nd team: Langhorne, Toliver, Larkins, McCoughtry, Riley
3rd team: Charles, Montgomery, Holt, Prince, Mitchell
ETA: Should've read the entire article to get the other teams.

I'm going with Courtney Paris.
Why?
She isn't still in the running for a National Championship.
What do I win?

Congrats to all that were honored. I'm shocked the AP voters put Maya on the 1st team.

She totally deserved it. It's nice to know they could see that. And echoing you, congrats to all.

I agree. Moore is a game changer and while Paris is solid for a double-double every night, she didn't run down that DePaul player at the end of the game to hep give Uconn the win. Courtney has a hard time getting down the court fast enough to give her team a transition game.

Congrats to Smith!
Anyone know where I can find a complete list of who got honorable mention honors (I know MU's Ellis didn't get that but was curious to see the whole list).

For honorable mention I am really surprised Charde Houston but Ketia Swanier wasn't. Maybe the voters only watched the Big East Finals.

Thanks. I gave up last night after looking at about 10 articles about the ap teams but none of them listed all the honorable mentions.

Is that the award that freshmen aren't eligible for? I think it might be. There is one award that I know Moore isn't up for b/c she's a frosh and freshmen aren't eligible for the award. I'm not sure why they have that rule and as Doris Burke was saying there's no guarantee that Moore will have the same kind of year as a sophomore as she did as a frosh (not saying I think her game is going to get worse though).

Durrant won it on the men's side becoming the only freshman to win it last year, so I think women would be elligible for it too.

You are correct - it's the Wade Trophy that frosh aren't eligible for:
