Is anyone else finding this year's tournament a little boring. There's an overall lack of upsets, the elite 8 will (likely) consist of only #1 & #2 seeds, and the dominant teams of UCONN, Tennessee, LSU, etc. are blowing out their opponents making most of the games quite boring. The only interesting games have been UNC-Louisville; Notre Dame-Oklahoma; ODU-Virginia & Nebraska-Xavier.

On the contrary, I think this tournament has been one of the best in years. Granted, I can understand people's grievances with watching UConn dominate game after game after game, I don't blame you guys, but apart from UConn, the rest of the tournament has been interesting. Florida State being one foul away from the Sweet Sixteen while most thought they didn't even deserve to be in the field. The close calls that UNC and Maryland have got, supposedly the powerhouses. The close games, the overtimes, etc.
In the end, Texas A&M and the Big Seven (if Tennessee wins this game against Notre Dame, which seems likely) are just too good. But that doesn't mean they're being challenged, because they are.
That's what we want to see.
On the contrary, for the men, it's been rather boring apart from Davidson.

It's been lackluster, to me at least.
But I expected this. The Top 25 has changed so much this year. This year, the majority of teams suffer from inconsistency. From the start to the end of the season, I've always thought there are only about 6-7 teams that could win the title or even advance to the Final Four.

Not all that great so far, but now we're looking at 1 - 2 matchups in every region. I think there's about to be a serious uptick in drama.

It's been a fun tourney but it could be better.
By that I mean, I would've liked to have seen more games be more competitive. The first and second round were lacking in an abundance of games that featured competitive matchups.

I think it's getting more interesting now that some number ones are falling...unlike the men.
