Not a good game for the Big 12.

And now Stanford has no excuses whatsoever if it doesn't make AT LEAST the Elite 8.

Wish I could've seen the post game interview with Agnus. I bet she's so proud of her team.

Me, too, I hate to see them devastated like that.

I put GW in my bracket out of sheer local loyalty. I really was expecting Cal to win it. So congratulations to GW for their grit. That was amazing.

I'm so confused by which games are being discussed in which regions. Embarassed I am pretty sure all of my posts tonight have been in the wrong threads.

Clutch WINN. The steely PG had a hand in the outcome in the closing minutes of both games. Sure glad that Mallorie followed Agnus here.

UTEP has a narrow 40-33 lead over Candice Wiggins with 9 minutes to go. Unfortunately for UTEP, Stanford leads them 63-40.

My thought exactly, especially given Stanford's cursed history regarding serious and/or ill-timed injuries.

My sentiments exactly. She's got her double-double now; Tara should save some of this for… um, whatever poor bastard plays Stanford next.

50 points for Candice, yea, she isn't all that. I'd hate to have her on my team.

Wiggins is amazing...she never stops moving even without the ball.

44 points in her final game at Maple Shocked

I was surprised to see Wiggins so late in the game. The coach probably wants her to enjoy the crowd and tie the Stanford record. Still, I agree with njjosh. Stanford has a horrible history of ill-timed injuries and it would suck to see their run take a hit if someone were to suffer an injury.
