Ruley is considered one of the all-time greats in WCBB coaching circles. She was incredibly successful in the 90's on the Division II level. Lots of wins for her, definitely a defining moment for that program to have her move on.

Glad that they are keeping Amy in Bison Town. She's been a cornerstone of Bison athletics for ever. Fargo's a fun albeit cold place....NDSU can sweeten the attraction to a younger coach by making a commitment to refurbish or rebuild the Bison Sports Arena.

Wow. Her name was mentioned every time Purdue had an opening! She had great programs at NDSU.

Of course, when I want to find it, I can't but if I am not mistaken, Ruley scored the first offical basket in the first official Purdue Women's basketball game.
