About 10 minutes in, USC's C Nadia Parker went down with an apparent serious knee injury. She was taken into the locker room.
USC is ahead, 25-19.

I hope it's not what it looked like.
29-21 USC at half.

According to the UCLA announcers, UofA just beat USC.

With losses to Oregon State last weekend and now to Arizona, the first bubble just burst of the BCS schools.
Kentucky, NC State, BC, et all can breathe a sigh of relief.

What the fuh? I thought Arizona sucked.
I'm glad I passed on the chance to go to this one.

I saw the score and I was pretty shocked until I found the story on the USC website. That is really disappointing that Nadia Parker is out and there aren't that many options in the post other than the new freshman. Another season without an NCAA tourney, except of course if they beat ASU which seems highly doubtful now.

Hrm... That sucks. :/ Parker was their leading scorer, right?
Gah. USC just seems to have horrible luck with injuries. |

Anyone watch this on the webcast?
And speaking of webcast, who are the idiots they have commentating those games? They know virtually NOTHING about basketball and the guy is constantly putting the team down.
They kept saying "This game really means nothing because USC will be playing UCLA in the Pac-10 tournament regardless of the outcome." What they FAILED to mention is that losing both games pretty much puts them out of contention for an NCAA tournament berth. Ahhh!
