At this point, I'm inclined to root for the whole damn arena to drop into a flaming abyss.

Wow. Pringle truly is the most improved player in the country. It's almost scary.

Apparently, rebounding has the stench of failure, and the Blue Devils don't want to catch it.

Pringle is playing on another level right now. It's starting to become difficult to convince me that she's not UNC's best player this year.

Or their new midget point isn't completely ignoring the thought of passing her the ball.

So ThreeBall, you're saying that good players play better when they get actual touches on offense (and not just o-board putbacks)? Wink

UNC is playing quite well and Sylvia's outfit is not as ugly as usual.

Does Abby usually shoot from that far back..maybe that's why her percentage is so low this year.

I don't know, it was kind of just a random thought that came out of nowhere Laughing

Also, who is this new guy doing play by play? MAJOR upgrade over Mark Jones. Knows his stuff, is enthusiastic, and hasn't flubbed names. I'm a fan, sign him up for every Big Mon.

And he doesn't use those silly phrases.

What in the HELL was Duke running during that last possession?

Oh, and Carolyn--you see that team in white on the court? Ever consider commenting on them once in a while?

She has been occasionally -- on Abby's shooting slump...

True, but she never shows Duke any love. Sad I would argue, however, that this isn't exactly a game where Duke deserves all that much love.

I wonder how much of the subject of the commentary is determined by the directors. Especially when they talk about things other than the game being broadcast. For example, why did they suddenly talk about the top freshmen in the country? Not that I mind any discussion of Maya Moore.

Typically, it's the winning team that gets all the love..

Duke is getting it handed to them pretty bad...I was hoping this would be a better game, even if I don't particularly like either school.

Carolyn totally stole my mock draft!

Seriously though, I still feel Larkins is ideal for the Lynx.

Highly unlikely that Peck would be saying nice things about Duke if we were in front.
