Hey, Jim - not a clue. they're lottery tickets, so they're not the bestest... if you know what I mean. That being said, i had lottery for cleveland and boston and had a hoot... nice thing is tampa is smallish, IIRC

I kind of figured that. We had lottery tickets this year and, frankly, found it surprisingly easy to informally upgrade once the games started.
