So I was at the Smithsonian Folklife Festival today, and as my wife and I were leaving the Virginia section, we passed near one of the music tents. Much to the shock of my disbelieving ears, the woman who was singing was doing - yes, you guessed it - Rocky Top! In the Virginia section of the Folklife Festival! (And, no, there wasn't a Tennessee section.)

She was, however, a better singer than Pat, so I guess that was some consolation.

Call me sick...but I'm a UConn fan who has a few versions of Rocky Top saved on my computer...I play them every now and then.

I wish UConn's song was as toe-tappy as Rocky Top is.

I know...like I said...call me sick.
