Things appear good, however, I am still hesitant about the coaching. That is not to say that Coach Coale is not a good head coach. She is a great recruiter, a great representative for the university as well as she appears to have a great relationship with her players. However, I believe she needs an assistant that is strong in the area or areas of coaching in which Sherri is weak. It would also give her a great opportunity to become strong in those areas to have someone around her from whom to learn.

Anyway, I am still looking forward to next year, though I will miss Chelsi Welch and Sanchez and Brittainy..........of course, the other seniors too........those were just ones that I favored a tad bit more.

FINALLY, I could be wrong and she could be doing the best job any coach could do with the same players...........not an expert by any means.

My concern is team speed. That seemed to be a clear area of weakness last season. Do any of these incoming froshies have foot speed? Also, will Plumley rise to the level of leadership needed for a championship caliber team? That is, will she be able to keep the squad from slipping into the doldrums, as they sometimes do?

Courtney (or Ashley) Paris has said that Danielle Robinson is the fastest player she's ever seen. Robinson, along with Plumley, Thompson and Vining, should make OU alot faster than last year

And, of course, Nyeshia Stevenson is very quick and athletic. Hopefully, she will earn some playing time. She can be really fun to watch.

Especially if she makes good on her dunk prediction. Shocked Very Happy
