I would even go so far as to say that most of the threats are coming from people who wouldn't listen to Imus because he said nice things about Harold Ford, Jr.



imus was sent death threats for supporting ford.

When I heard about the death threats I asked myself why. Why are they receiveing death threats? What did they do to warrant this? All they did was play a basketball game. I'll bet these young woman didn't even know who Imus was before this incident. This is so sad, I feel so bad for them. They didn't ask to be placed into the spot light like this.

Out of curiousity, why isn't the Rutger's women's team mail checked? I know the Uconn's team mail is checked.

On a LiveJournal comm, someone mentioned being one of the people who's supposed to filter the mail, and s/he mentioned the death threats.
