I believe 50m was the number mentioned as an expansion fee around Golden State (and Portland, before that collapsed). Franchises aren't as cheap as they used to be.

Thanks for the correction ... and $50 million is a much better number. That's $10 million in losses for five years, which certainly could happen, especially for a free-standing franchise.
