How on earth is Texas still ranked? Yes, the Longhorns play a tough schedule. But it doesn't matter if you don't win!

Texas at 25 is not outrageous, I have them at 29 (I do have GW a bit higher though)
And Stanford higher too (guess time will tell?)

I don't disagree with the rankings, but with respect to the Big_10 they can flip pretty easy. PSU, Minny, Purdue, WI, and now MSU all get the big home crowds.
A lot depends on momentum and defending your home court. Minny has Purdue and MSU coming up back to back at home. Those are big games for each team. |

I have no great quarrels with it, although I would flip-flop UT and Duke. I guess we'll find out in a couple of weeks.

Remember, guys, it's really about those top eight spots (the 1 and 2 seeds) and a favorable road to the Sweet Sixteen. The top six are pretty solid right now- (Tennessee, Duke, UNC, LSU, UConn, and Baylor). The seventh and eighth spots are really up for grabs and argument.

True, but have some of those top eight peaked too soon? |
