Clearly a charge.

The defender seems to have her hand *inside* the offensive player's knee, though.

What you're seeing as the defenders right hand, I think, is the calf muscle of the UConn player.

There seems to be a lot of things 'wrong' with the pic. The LSU players' right foot looks to be on backwards is maybe one of the biggest things to me. The basket standard looks to be in Cyrillic. I'm not sure that the uni is right for a woman. Not sure that I've ever seen a woman 'protect the goods' like that. The height of the jump. The height of the defender. Just lots of things make me think that the pic isn't real. Plus, when I Google searched it, it is in no other place on the internet.

I could be wrong, but I'm going with a charge because it's offensive. 😉😉😉😉

None of the images in this thread is real. They were created by AI—namely, MS Bing Image Creator—based on a short sentence description by me:

- a UConn women's basketball player slam dunks over a LSU defender
- a St. John's women's basketball player shoots a three point shot
- a Mercer University women's basketball player on the cover of Sports Illustrated magazine
- a women's basketball player with "Ex-Ref" on her jersey collides with a Notre Dame player

You usually get three or four images per request. Some are extremely goofy and unrealistic. All have minor defects.

If you want to get artistic you can, for example, specify a women's basketball game in the style of:

Picasso

Dali

Van Gogh

Rubens

Greek statues

These are nice, but AI scares me. A lot!!

yeah, I figured the initial image was AI, but the St. John's one fooled me. If I'd thought about it more I'd have realized, because I don't think that style of jersey and that era of MSG are compatible.

Laughing Laughing Laughing

That first image....the horizontal player with the awkward twist on her right foot has the rest of her season doomed. And - given the implied entanglement - I doubt the UConn player might fare any better after she lands.

But fear not, Ex-Ref....in a few seasons, AI will generate players who can actually DO these things, AND continue playing on. (I hope I'm dead by then)

Defects I saw were no apostrophe in "John's" and it looks like two periods after "St."
