Danielle Ballard, a three year starter at LSU and All-SEC 1st team in 2014-15, died late last night after being hit by a car in her hometown of Memphis. Below are links to the story as well as her bio page from LSU.

That's really sad.

It seems like there have been a lot of pedestrians getting hit/killed around where I live this summer.

Hit while crossing an intersection at 1:30 A.M. The driver of the vehicle did stop. Investigations continue and no criminal charges at the moment.

How tragic!
