I think it's helpful to separate the question of whether playing through Arike is a good thing for the Wings franchise long term (which the jury is still out on but leaning no IMO) from whether it would help the Wings in the now if she plays *tonight.*
I think the immediate concern is that re-incorporating her tonight could disrupt the team flow Dallas has been forced to find without her. Additionally, she might not truly be in "game shape" conditioning wise and shooting wise after being out for a while. This isn't to say she can't be a key piece on a contender in future seasons, if coached/used correctly, but that now might not be that time.
On the other hand, maybe her return could give the Wings a surprise boost. The Wings caught Connecticut off guard by switching up their lineups and rotations in game 2, and this proved very successful. By the same token, maybe adding Arike back in the mix for game 3 could work in the Wings's favor by forcing Connecticut to defend yet another lineup.

It did not work well at all for CTSun to bring back Alyssa Thomas in the playoffs last season. And the wings have been winning without Arike. Vicki Johnson would be wise to be cautious about finding playing time for Arike and not hesitate to sit her down if it's not working.

I think the Wings will be fine if Arike only plays limited minutes off the bench.

Ogunbowale played all three regular season games against Connecticut, most of which the Wings won |
So they won despite Ogunbowale or because of her? You seem kinda evasive in this post. Can’t even say precisely how many games they won.
Game 1 5/24 85-77 DAL
Mabrey 20 pts (6-10, 3-6 3P, 5-6 FT), 3 reb, 4 ast, 1 TO, 2 stl
Gray 17 pts (5-10, 1-6 3P, 6-6 FT), 8 reb, 2 ast, 0 TO, 2 blk
Ogunbowale 16 pts (6-19, 2-6 3P, 2-2 FT), 1 reb, 3 ast, 2 TO
Game 2 5/26 99-66 CON
Sabally 18 pts (6-16, 2-7 3P, 4-4 FT), 4 reb, 2 ast, 3 TO, 1 blk
Ogunbowale 16 pts (6-15, 2-6 3P, 2-2 FT), 2 reb, 2 ast, 5 TO, 3 stl
Gray 11 pts (4-11, 3-8 3P, 0-0 FT), 4 reb, 0 ast, 1 TO
Game 3 7/5 82-71 DAL
Ogunbowale 20 pts (6-15, 3-8 3P, 5-6 FT), 4 reb, 3 ast, 0 TO, 1 stl
Sabally 14 pts (6-11, 2-5 3P, 0-0 FT), 3 reb, 2 ast, 1 TO
McCowan 14 pts (6-9, 0-0 3P, 2-4 FT), 7 reb, 0 ast, 0 TO, 4 blk

Mabrey shouldn't be handling the point with Carrington on her in the playoffs.

I'm really loving the attendance. I've been very impressed with playoff attendance so far.

That was a timely flop by Thorton to get JJ out of the game and on the bench.

They're going to look at that basket to see if it was in time.

That's what I thought too. Have the looked at it or are they doing it now, in the time out?

Wings are making some really dumb passes.
