Ryan, Donarski, and Joens gives them an offensive juggernaut to build around. Soares gives much needed depth and height in the post. Lack of guard depth, ironically, could end up being their downfall. Picking up a last-minute guard could definitely solidify the as a Final Four contender

Hard to figure out a depth chart now, but winging it:
Alnatas/Asi
Milton/Keys/Notoa/Williams
Garzon/James/Tramble
Collins/Chastain
DeLapp/Jackson/Egharevba
While losing Fields hurts, the good news is they should be able to replace all the production lost through the additions of Alnatas, Milton, and Garzon. The development of Keys, Notoa, James, Collins, and DeLapp will likely determine how far this team can go. 15-20 wins is most likely the ceiling for this team

I don't see guard depth as a big issue simply because ISU tends to run Ryan/Donarski/Joens basically 40 minutes every game except blowouts. But I suppose being able to dial that down to 30-35 would make ISU better.
As an ISU fan, here's how I see the depth chart:
Ryan/Dawkins/Donarski/King
Donarski/Fritz
Joens/Fritz/Espenmiller-McGraw
Diew/Espenmiller-McGraw/Vick/other backup posts
Soares/Kane/Jordao/Zingaro
Diew started the last six games of the season as well as joining Ryan/Donarski/Joens on a very successful 3x3 team at Nationals -- barring injury, I don't see her on the bench to start the season.
Fennelly is also very high on Fritz, who was a starter as a freshman last season prior to getting hurt three games in.
ISU only lost two players from last year's roster:
Grad transfer Maddie Frederick, who played less than 200 minutes in her 3-year career
Transfer Aubrey Joens, who was huge in non-conference last season and completely disappeared once conference season started. In 12 non-conference games she scored 13.0 ppg in 32.6 mpg. In 22 conference/postseason games, she scored 2.5 ppg in 15.2 mpg, including a combined 0 points in 49 minutes in ISU's three NCAA Tournament games.
ISU essentially has three newcomers:
Fritz, not a newcomer but was injured almost all of last season.
Dawkins, a bit of an unknown quantity as a freshman PG
Soares, who will hopefully shore up ISU's weakest spot last season -- post play
Barring injury, and taking into account players improving year-to-year, ISU should be much improved over its sweet sixteen team last season.

I'll definitely defer to you on depth placement. My only fear on depth is more towards Ryan and Donarski. Not sure they have to depth to be an elite team should one of them go down. However, they are up there with OU as my pick to win the Big 12 this year regardless.

Another roster difficult to break down right now, but guessing:
Smith/Quinerly/Bates
Nichols/Russell/Watson
Hemingway/Rogers/Samuel
Hunter/Diggs
Beh/Blacksten
Potentially the Big 12 team who underwent the most radical transformation. Some god pieces, but not sure they all fit within the offensive system. Lack of size could be a blessing in league play, but could prove to be an Achilles heel overall.

Hard to make sense of Tech. Gerlich has definitely brought some talent to Lubbock during her time there, but more often than not it doesn't seem like she can utilize it. It will be interesting to see how all the pieces fall into place, or if they do, in a post-Gray era for the Lady Raiders.

Interesting. Lordy, it feel so long since I followed Oklahoma - Courtney, Ashley, Danielle, Abi, Carli, Joanna, Aaryn.....sheesh. I'm gonna have to pick them up again....Jenny B. is phenomenal. I can't think of one instance, nationally, where a school rose so high, fell so precipitously, and then bounces back to the top(ish) in such a short time.

Coale elevated OU, sustained their success, won with multiple style teams, then brought immediate destruction on that success with her own offspring. The Coale family can really do it all lol. As an OK State fan, I can say it's refreshing seeing OU trending up again. Bedlam had gotten so stale seeing Coale and Littell both coaching to lose

Baylor:
Doesn't have a roster up yet, but projected:
Andrews/Van Gytenbeek
Asberry/Owens/Ferriera
Blacwell/Fontleroy/Littlepage-buggs
Edwards/Porter/Bickle
Abraham/Gillepsie
Depth will not be an issue, but figuring out a functional rotation of a team loaded with frontcourt players, and a few carrying the attachment of chemistry killers means Collen has quite the coaching job ahead of her. Blackwell/Edwards could be an explosive combo or an explosion that tanks the team. I could see them finishing anywhere from 2-5 in this years Big 12

Good mix of height, depth, and firepower. Interesting to see how they react this year with an offseason of planning by opponents on how to stop Lee. Should be a top 5 team in league and a potential Sweet 16 threat

| The Iowa @ Kansas State game on November 17th should be a good one. Likely the first quality opponent of the season for each team, right before they head to their Thanksgiving weekend tournaments.

Big shoes to fill for Blackwell to fill in Baylor's first year without Smith/Egbo. Have to think it's pretty rare for a transfer to make this list.
I was gonna say that Emily Ryan is underrated but then realized I had overlooked her name on the list.
