Shepard can’t seem to handle ATrain’s defense. Her stat line is two turnovers.

Alyssa Thomas had the first triple double in Sun history: 10 rebounds, 12 assists, 15 points. Seems like triple doubles have become a lot more common in the last year or two. And that is confirmed by this article. 9 happened from 1997 to 2020. 8 have happened in 2021 and 2022. 6 in the unfinished 2022 season.

Thomas played 38 minutes. They said in the Sky game that Parker had done it in the fewest minutes which I think was 26.

It is great to see that they (i.e., staff, players) are paying better attention now when people get close bc AT is always threating a triple dub. I'm so glad she finally got her one!

She is my favorite Sun player. I just wish she would get those shoulders fixed.

They are tanking for Aaliyah and going young. She was the team’s best guard, but not their future.
