I have to say, in the past several years, I have come to really respect and admire Geno. He always gives great quotes. More importantly, gender is irrelevant to him. He treats his players the same way he would treat male players. Basketball is basketball, and athletes are athletes.

Agree. And he always comedically adds that little dig for inspiration to his team or for one of his players.
