B10 is launching a TV Network in August.

Most eye-opening thing for me is that Iowa doesn't have womrn's vball!!??

DOn't have time to double-check on that right now, but if it's true...WOW!!!

The first football game to be broadcast on the Big Ten Network...Appalachian State at Michigan on September 1 at noon. Just so you know. Cool

Dang you Dish Network. Why can't you for once without taking years to add a channel add the Big Ten Network.

But first, Big Ten Commissioner Delany may want Big 10 coaches to set aside petty tasks like, say, uhm... coaching, and start pedaling satellite TV. Shocked

Ah, yes, the Penguins. They're an awesome team. I was shocked when ASU tore them apart in Boone in the semifinals this past year.

The best thing in the world was ASU playing Furman in the '05 semis in Boone. That was a fantastic game...two rivals going at it for a chance to go to the national championship game. Imagine Alabama and Auburn doing that...or Tennessee/Alabama...or Notre Dame/USC. That's what ASU/Furman was. Fever pitch from Monday to Saturday.

Playoff college football is the best thing in the world. They should try it with I-A sometime.
