Former Washington St. coach Sherri Murrell has been named head coach at Portland St. She was an assistant at PSU then took the head coaching job at Pacific.

Congrats to her. Hopefully, she can get her confidence back by doing well at Portland State. Being in the Pac-10 must have been a doozy of an experience for a young coach.
