In addition to Osborne, the panel included Cynthia Cooper, former WNBA all-star and now a college coach; Toledo assistant coach Duffy Burns; and an oncologist (cancer specialist) from the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Halle Moore.

But that wasn’t all. Awards were presented to major names in collegiate women’s basketball, including Gail Goestenkors, whose won-loss record is 396-99. She led Duke this season to an unbeaten regular season, the first time that’s ever been done in the tough Atlantic Coast Conference and only the 14th time in NCAA history.

The women’s tournament is not as large as the men’s, but what you notice is, the people are a lot friendlier. And they don’t discriminate between, say, big-time Division I coaches, and other Division I coaches and Division II.”

I was able to attend the lunch/panel last year... it was amazing.
