True, but I guess you didn't read what I put.
The key word you overlooked was "Might" won.
Meaning, that we probably would have at least improved our chances.

I did read it. That is why I responded with "could have." Meaning, UConn probably would have won by more.

They did pretty much hold a double digit lead over us for a long time. |
It's a computer program. The RPI, another computer ranking, has the same thing. In fact in the RPI Purdue is still No. 1. Computers adjust themselves up and down the ranking as the year plays out.
