This was a team we lost to last season so we've obviously made improvements, but that was a given. Freshman Tanisha Smith finally had the type of game people were expecting: 23 point 8 rebounds. Fellow Freshman Donica Cosby continues to be very good for the Lady'Backs, as well, finishing with 17 points. Then there is Lauren Ervin who garners double-doubles almost every night. Tonight, she scored 13 points (4-7 fg) and pulled down 12 rebounds.
We were up 44-22 at halftime, so giving up 40 points in the second half wasn't the ideal way to finish the game, but it's still a nice easy win for Arkansas.
